Our Leadership Team
Saverio Manzo, President,Founder
Responsible for carrying out the strategic direction of the company and its subsidiaries in addition to the overall operational management, financial, compliance, human resources direction and oversight, sales and marketing and all other necessary operational activities of these RHRA licensed Retirement Homes. Investment Banking and Corporate Finance lead in all acquisitions and divestitures. Manzo has either owned or operated assisted living facilities since 2011.
Gary Dejesus, Partner. Responsible for all grounds, building maintenance and repairs.
Dean Aziz, PMP
Dean’s responsibility includes but not limited to facility planning, operation, maintenance and
investor relationship. Dean has more than 20 years of experience and expertise with healthcare and assisted living facilities including but not limited to Markham Stouffville Hospital, Lakeridge Healthcare, Rouge Valley Hospital, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute,
Hospital of Sick Kids and St. joseph Hospital.
